We do NOT store full credit/debit card details on our servers.



1.2 Attendance & Work-Related Data


The App may collect:
- Clock-in and clock-out timestamps
- Work shift schedule
- Attendance records (late, early leave, absence)
- Overtime hours
- Location of attendance check-in/out (if location permission is granted)



1.3 Location Information (GPS)


To prevent fake attendance and ensure accurate verification, Smart Go may collect real-time location data when you:
- Clock in
- Clock out
- Use geofencing attendance
Request location-based verification
We do not track your location continuously.
Location is captured only at the moment of attendance action.
You may disable location permissions, but doing so may prevent you from using certain features required by your employer.


1.4 Device Information


To enhance security and prevent fraudulent attendance, we may collect:
- Device type and model
- Device identifier
- Operating system version
- App version
- IP address
- Error logs and crash reports



1.5 Biometric Data (If Enabled by Employer)


If your company enables biometric authentication for attendance:
- Face recognition (via device camera)
- Fingerprint authentication (via device sensor)
Important: The App does NOT store any biometric data on its servers.
Facial or fingerprint verification is processed securely by your device only (via the OS biometric framework).
We never collect or store raw biometric data.

These providers help with analytics, performance monitoring, and communication.
